Master Tech Diving Services Pte Ltd was founded in 1994 by Mr. Steven Tan, who pioneered the commercial diving business in Singapore. Today the second-generation owners lead the company, with Managing Director Gopal Balakrishnan and a group of experienced industry people in charge. We have built strong footprints in the marine, oil and gas and submarine cable business across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.

Our underwater services cover underwater inspections, marine construction and asset maintenance and repairs for commercial shipping, marine structures and inland infrastructure. A 24/7 emergency service means we respond to our clients at any time of the day or night.

Advanced Equipment

We keep more than 100 specialised items in our inventory, each to world-class standards, including Kirby Morgan diving helmets, brush karts and class-leading diving suits and masks designed for specific tasks.

Our range also includes a portable decompression chamber, remotely operated vehicles (ROV), underwater photography and video equipment, and live supervisor and client monitoring CCTV, plus individually designed solutions for specific operational needs.

Our industry track record is exemplary, with no lost time from accidents or incidents involving diving. Every item of equipment is professionally serviced, from critical life-support equipment to boats, trailers, tools and attachments.
